About MyLogisticsHub

MyLogisticsHub Access and Usage
MyLogisticsHub is a replacement for Dealer Portal and Shipper Hub, to manage your Ready Logistics shipments under one roof. You can view your shipping data, manage orders and resolve shipment alerts that require your attention. Additionally, you can view shipment reports with flexible filters and search functions to tailor the data views to the way you want to see them.
Our mission is to simplify logistics to make transportation as efficient as possible for our clients. MyLogisticsHub consolidates all the tools and resources you need into one convenient place. By partnering with DHL, we will combine Ready Logistics transportation experience with DHL’s global leadership in supply chain technology to enhance the industry’s most efficient full-service transportation solution.
Ready Logistics clients can access MyLogisticsHub to access shipping data, manage transportation orders, and generate customized reports.
Once you receive login credentials to access MyLogisticsHub, you will be able to track ALL your orders in MyLogisticsHub. In the meantime, there is no interruption to existing platforms you use today.
Access should be granted within 3-5 business days, during times of high demand, activations may take longer.
This platform is granted free of charge to all Ready Logistics clients.
MyLogisticsHub is replacing Dealer Portal. We recommend that you use MyLogisticsHub when you are granted login credentials, you will be able to see all your orders in the new system.
Transportation orders will be migrating to a new payment processing system based on the platform where transportation was ordered. The new payment processing system will integrate with your Manheim invoicing and payment preferences. If you are eligible, but have not already created a Manheim account, you will be required to establish a free Manheim.com profile to manage your payment.
For orders placed through a platform which has been migrated, you will use Manheim.com to manage payment preferences, same process as Reconditioning or Assurance product charges.
- If you have a default payment preference established on Manheim including automatic ACH, Floor Plan, or Credit Card, that payment preference will automatically apply to your logistics invoices. You can establish a default payment preference at any time if you desire.
- If you do not have or wish to have a default payment preference, you will be able to choose and submit your payment method by invoice. Example shown:
Orders placed on a platform awaiting migration will follow your existing payment methods on Readylogistics.com/payment. - If you have ACH/Credit Card autopay established, they will be autopaid.
- If you use one time Credit Card payment or mail check payment, you will need to continue to submit one-time payment for these transactions.
ONLY for clients who do not have a 5 or 4.9Mil Auction Access profile and are not eligible to register with Manheim.com. You will continue to remit payment through Readylogistics.com consistent with past process. However, due to an updated payment processor, we will require you to re-authorize your autopay preferences (if applicable).
- To maintain (or initiate) ACH/Credit Card autopay, you must submit re-authorization through https://www.readylogistics.com/payment.
- If you use one time Credit Card payment and wish to continue to do so, you will continue to submit individual payments through https://www.readylogistics.com/payment.
This new system will allow clients with a Manheim account to consolidate their billing preferences in one location. ACH, Floor Planning, Credit card, and check payments are available.
Clients who are not eligible for a Manheim account can use ACH or credit card (submitted via https://www.readylogistics.com/payment) and check payments only.

Ready Clients with Manheim Account
- Logistics Clients can connect their bank account to process ACH payments as a one-time or re-occurring payment within Manheim.com. For instructions on linking your banking information please visit ACH setup instructions
Ready clients without Manheim Account
- To maintain (or initiate) ACH autopay, you must submit re-authorization through https://www.readylogistics.com/payment.
Floor PlanManheim Clients Only

Ready Clients with Manheim Account

Lock Box Remittance
Our lockbox address will be changing, during the transition period both addresses will be live, however you should mail payment to the address shown on the invoice.

If you have autopay set up in both platforms, payment will occur automatically in the correct system.
If you submit individual payment instructions, you can determine which method is appropriate based on:
- If the order appears in your Manheim Post-Sale Management, you will proceed to pay through that platform.
- If you do not see the transaction in Manheim, you should pay through Readylogistics.com.
Below is a list of platforms which have been transitioned as of February 14th, 2023.
- Manheim, OVE, Select Private Stores (Mercedes Benz on Demand, Ford Quic, Hyundai Fastlane, Kia Direct, Element, Carvana Access, Audi Direct, Nissan and Volvo).

- Amazon, Carmax, Porsche Direct, Bentley Direct and BMW Group Direct
Clients who also use Manheim.com will now see their invoices consolidated under their Manheim account. The appearance of the invoice will be changing, example shown below of the updated invoice appearance. Additionally, please see our quick reference guide on invoicing.
Navigate to https://mysupplychain.dhl.com/, and input your username and password. Please reach out to our support team at 480.558.3200 Monday-Friday from 6 AM – 5 PM & Saturday 7 AM – 3 PM Arizona Time if you experience any issues with login.
Vehicles requiring action from you will automatically be prompted for you to review when you log into the hub dashboard. You can also see status in the vehicle search as “vehicles needing action”. Filters may be used on the right-hand side of the screen as another option for identifying inventory awaiting client action. Yes, navigate to the My Vehicles dashboard, and input your VINS separated by a “,” between each VIN. You can copy and paste an unlimited number of VINS within the search bar, and VINs can be searched for any part of your business (ie repo, recon, off-lease, dealer to dealer, etc).
Some clients with linked account profiles should automatically receive an invitation to MyLogisticsHub. These clients will also be notified by Ready Logistics via email and should monitor their inbox for the invitation from @DHL.com. If you do not receive the invite from DHL.com, or if it is lost for any reason, please request a new invite by submitting the account request form above.
The remaining accounts will require additional information for us to provision access. Please submit the account request form (link above) and you will receive your DHL.com invite within 7 business days. Reminder, ALL Ready Logistics clients are welcome to sign up for this free tool.
